Hurst was appointed to repurpose former
police accommodation into a dedicated
welfare hub for contractors. The scheme
introduced changing and shower facilities,
secure storage, a kitchen, dining area
and hot-desking spaces, all with durable
finishes and upgraded services.
Despite the challenges of working in a
live loading bay and public car park, Hurst
completed the project safely, on time
and to budget, creating a comfortable,
functional environment for site users.
